Job Summary
Job Title: Spanish-Speaking Medical Assistant (PRN Weekdays and Weekend needs)
Location: Las Vegas NV (Must be flexible to travel to various clinic locations including N. Las Vegas and Henderson)
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Employment Type: W-2 PRN (Not 1099)

ATC Healthcare of Las Vegas is seeking a Spanish-speaking Medical Assistant for a PRN assignment supporting multiple primary care and Specialty clinics across the city. This role is perfect for a flexible organized and reliable MA who can float between locations as needed and provide high-quality care in diverse environments.
This is a W-2 staffing position you will be placed by ATC to support client clinics on an as-needed basis. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills Spanish fluency and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
Schedule:
PRN Monday through Friday
Required: Available to work the 1st weekend of each month
Additional shifts assigned based on clinic needs and your availability
Key Responsibilities:
Triage: Take and record vitals document accurately in the EHR
Perform EKGs and assist with clinical procedures
Read and interpret lab results
Send prescriptions to pharmacies (Walgreens CVS etc.)
Maintain exam room cleanliness and organization
Deliver compassionate culturally sensitive care to patients
Protect patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
Qualifications:
Fluent Spanish speaker required
Experience with LYTEC or similar EHR system required
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Comfortable working across multiple clinic locations
Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program OR at least 1 year of MA experience
Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA only)
Two-step TB test and Hepatitis B vaccination or declination
Must be able to pass a background check drug screen and physical
