Job Summary
Functional support of applications in charge of Trade lifecycle
Pricers for Risk & PnL
Satellite teams :
Similar team is in Singapore for Asia-Pacific timezones
A separate team provides technical/DevOps Support & release management
15 Delivery Center teams develop features on the applications supported
Tasks
ITIL process : Incident Request Problems
User assistance : Explain figures identify issues restore the service
Non-regression testing in GUI before each major release
User management
Monitoring
Continuous improvement : Automation tooling dashboarding data analysis for better performance of the team
Experience : 3-7 Years
Knowledge and/or previous experience in Finance industry is beneficial
Proficiency in French and English is mandatory
Qualifications :
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work in a multitasking environment
- Patience when handling difficult cases
- Commitment and desire to deliver high quality in your work
- Attention to detail
- Team spirit high energy and initiative
Location: Paris occasional trips to Brussels Partial remote work is possible/
