What awaits you/ Job Profile

• You shall be responsible for IT product and applications delivery enforcing agile working methodologies.
• For deliveries you should be able to identify and mitigate risks in a proactive fashion knowing how and when to escalate.
• You should be able with your Agile Master to maintain performance monitoring and corrective actions.
• You should be able to enforce delivery governance metrics and reporting necessary for senior management.
• You shall be responsible to disciplinarily lead people in your Unit (20 associates) following Agile Working Methodologies which define roles.
• You shall demonstrate capabilities of strategic thinking for future Org. developments anticipates opportunities and risks. Based on this you should be capable of recommending multiple action plans.
• You should be able to proactively network with internal and external stakeholders who are senior management.
• You are responsible for performance assessments target setting and improvement of feature team members.
• You should be responsible for managing employee engagement retention and career development of your DevOps members.

What should you bring along

• Minimum 12 years of experience with at least 8 years in IT product and application deliveries.
• You should have a flair interest and experience in people management tasks.
• You should have the experience of setting up DevOps teams adapting to change and forecasting organizational growth or optimization.
• You should have an extrovertive personality good communication skills by being precise and a good listener.
• You should have had experience in Business Stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Platform Strategies concepts and methodologies.

Must have technical skill

• You have an extrovertive character with excellent interpersonal skills.
• You have a proven capability of taking self-initiative and proactive steps both in people management and business stakeholder situations.
• You have above average presentation skills by knowing to be precise with content.
• You can identify conflicts and resolve them whether internally in the DevOps team or externally with stakeholders.
• You are already having a self-understanding of good work ethics such as being on time essence of professionalism by paying attention to details.
• You are well-versed with Agile Working Methodologies therefore knowing ceremonies roles and usage of Agile tools.
• Excellent and impressive Microsoft Application skills in Excel PowerPoint etc.

Good to have technical skills

• Knowledge in MS-Dynamics CRM system is a bonus.
• Experience in CRM business.
• You possibly have had exposure in IT-Operation activities.
• You preferably have prior experience in a multi-cultural and international working environment.
• You probably have experience in creating and conducting workshops and team events.
