Job Summary
To pick garments for customer orders from the aisle locations according to product codes size and quantity. Using a Gladiator the Order Filler will print task labels OLPN (Outbound License Plate Number) prepare cart carton type and then pick orders based on direction provided by the Gladiator. Once Task is completed OLPNs are dropped to Induction.
- Obtain Gladiator print task label prepare picking cart with OLPN & obtain carton type.
- Pick units based on direction from Gladiator & place the units in the appropriate OLPN slot on the cart.
- Once task completed drop all OLPNs to the Induction area on skids. At end of day return Gladiator to charging station.
Requirements
- Must have the ability to carry garments on forearm from location to cartons.
- Must have the ability to stand/walk for long periods of time while pulling garments from cartons.
- Must have the ability to work at various heights.
- Must have the ability to push approx. 200 pounds up to 200 feet while using a rolling cart.
- Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs over shoulders.
- Must be able to work while utilizing safe lifting bending and carrying procedures.
- Must have a high level of accuracy to ensure customers orders are picked correctly.
- Must have the ability to remain focused.
- Must have good manual dexterity
- Must be a team player.
- Must be able to read write and speak English.
- Understand and follow the CSC safety rules and regulations
2025 Wage Rate $22/hourly per Collective Bargaining Agreement.
