Job Summary
Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with 13 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Middletown CT. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background who is looking to continue developing their skills in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair on equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support equipment uptime
Assist with fabrication and machining tasks as needed
Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections
Work with motors and mechanical components
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications
13 years of maintenance mechanical or related experience required
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
Experience working with tools machinery or shop equipment
Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
Reliable detail-oriented and able to work independently or on a team
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Welding experience
Fabrication or machining experience
Experience working with motors or industrial equipment
