Photoshop DesignerArtworker (GenAI Imagery Specialist)

Our client a professional services firm is looking for a Photoshop Designer/Artworker (GenAI Imagery Specialist) to create high-quality on-brand visual assets using generative AI and elevate them through professional post-production. This role enables internal teams to access production-ready imagery quickly safely and at scale combining strong visual judgment with technical execution across AI generation and image refinement.

What you will do:

• Translate creative briefs into precise prompt strategies including negative prompts and seed control.
• Generate image variations using models such as Adobe Firefly (Image Model 5) Gemini 3 (with Nano Banana Pro) FLUX models and GPT Image.
• Iterate rapidly to align outputs with art direction technical specifications and brand tone.
• Document prompts parameters and versions to ensure reproducibility.
• Retouch refine and enhance AI-generated imagery in Adobe Photoshop.
• Perform clean-ups compositing color grading and finishing to achieve production quality.
• Deliver layered color-managed production-ready files aligned with brand photography standards.
• Validate outputs against artifact checks including anatomy perspective and textures.
• Collaborate with creative directors designers and stakeholders to refine direction and outputs.
• Schedule and support review processes for internal and external-facing assets.
• Maintain organized libraries of prompts seeds iterations and final assets.
• Apply provenance and metadata practices to ensure assets are traceable compliant and reusable.

Qualifications :

• 5 years of professional experience in photography art direction retouching or commissioned visual production with a strong understanding of composition lighting and visual storytelling.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop including retouching compositing cleanup color grading and file finishing for production-ready outputs.
• Familiarity with multimodal AI image-generation models including Adobe Firefly (Image Model 5) Gemini 3 (with Nano Banana Pro) FLUX models and GPT Image with the ability to determine appropriate usage based on creative briefs technical constraints and desired style.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to take creative direction explain visual decisions and collaborate effectively with creative directors designers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong English proficiency including the ability to write clear and precise prompts articulate visual intent and document parameters seeds and iteration notes in a reproducible manner.
