Job Summary
Job Title: Content Moderator Greek English
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Start Date: 30 April 2026
Work Model: OnSite
Schedule:
24/7 operation Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
3 rotational shifts:
- 07:00 16:00
- 14:00 23:00
- 22:30 07:30
Days off: 2 rotational days per week.
Salary & Compensation:
- Base Salary: 920 x 14 months
- Language Bonus: 45 x 11 months
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day
- Welcome Bonus: 1000 (paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year)

- Health insurance from Day 1 (employee contribution required; free after 6 months of contract)
Relocation Support:
- Candidates relocating from outside Portugal: Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months (details discussed during the interview)
- No flight ticket provided
- Relocation within Portugal available only for Tier 1 languages (German Nordic languages Dutch)
Role Requirements:
- Fluency in Greek and good level of English
- Strong moderation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make rational and objective decisions
- Strong understanding of ecommerce environments
- Ability to manage high queue volumes during promotional periods
- Strong customer service mindset and empathy
- Local market knowledge is an advantage
Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator you will review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community guidelines. You will help maintain a safe and positive online environment while supporting the platforms ecommerce ecosystem
