We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. This is a Consultative Admin position working closely with the Salesforce Technical Developer responsible for the health of the Salesforce ecosystem while partnering with stakeholders to re-engineer business processes. The candidate will also act as the primary product advocate ensuring the business leverages the latest Salesforce innovations and capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with Business Owners to translate pain points into Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and User Stories.
- Map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes to ensure Salesforce configurations align with industry best practices.
- Proactively monitor Salesforce Seasonal Releases (Spring Summer Winter) to identify new features and functionalities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments on adopting new features to enhance CRM business processes.
- Present value propositions to management on how new features can drive efficiency and create business value.
- Perform advanced-level configuration of Salesforce Flow Validation Rules and Custom Metadata.
- Manage a complex multi-country security model including Roles Profiles Permission Sets and Sharing Rules.
- Oversee data governance data quality controls and change management.
- Act as the primary bridge between local end-users local admins and technical development teams.
- Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and own the end-to-end release management cycle.
- Create high-quality training documentation and deliver workshops for new feature rollouts.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business or equivalent.
- 3 years in Salesforce Administration.
- 2 years in a Functional Analyst role.
- Expertise in Flow Builder.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required).
Nice-to-have:
- Proactively monitor Salesforce Seasonal Releases (Spring Summer Winter) to identify new features and functionalities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments on adopting new features.
- Present value propositions to management on how new features can drive efficiency and create business value.
- Experience with Sales Einstein is a significant advantage.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Sales Cloud Consultant (Highly Preferred).
