Senior Salesforce Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a bright addition to our Salesforce Team: A Senior Salesforce Developer. Our already-developed Salesforce modules are implemented in 24 countries within Sales Service and Marketing Cloud. As demand for new value-creating capabilities is high we are expanding our Salesforce developer team. We are looking for Senior Salesforce Developer to continue the ongoing development of our platform. You will join the IT Salesforce team with 8 colleagues.

Your Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Develop a deep understanding of the organizational structure and business model to design and develop architectural solutions aligned with company management needs
• Continuously enhance the functionality of custom Salesforce applications that have been developed
• Collaborate with the Salesforce team to customize CRM-related components based on business requirements
• Translate technical specifications and business requirements
• Design and implement various Salesforce elements such as custom objects fields picklists page layouts workflows approval processes validation rules custom tabs reports and dashboards to meet application requirements
• Code test debug and document software according to our processes and policies
• Drive the solution design for integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications and company tools
• Provide high-level technical guidance and collaborate with our Salesforce Team and product owners
• Update information process flows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify process and system weaknesses and work with stakeholders to mitigate risks

To Qualify for the Role:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or relevant job experience required

• 5 years of experience as a Salesforce developer required
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification required
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
• Salesforce APP Builder certification preferred
• Development: Apex Asynchronous Apex SOQL Triggers SFDX Production Deployment Custom Settings & Custom Metadata Unit Tests
• Automation: Flow Approval Process Validation Rules
• Lightning Experience: Lightning App Builder LWC
• Data Management: Security Model Data Sharing Settings Reports Dashboards

• Familiar with end-to-end release process for Salesforce applications across a multi-org environment utilizing tools such as Copado Gearset and Salesforce DevOps Centre
