Job Summary
Were looking for a Change Manager who puts people at the heart of transformation. This role is all about driving meaningful sustainable change by focusing on behaviour culture and adoption not systems and processes.
Youll take ownership of end-to-end change initiatives and ensure employees are engaged prepared and supported throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute integrated change strategies and plans
- Conduct change impact assessments and organisational readiness evaluations
- Build and manage stakeholder engagement strategies across all levels
- Develop and roll out communications and training plans
- Establish and maintain change agent networks
- Drive adoption behaviour change and business readiness
- Coach leaders and teams to build internal change capability
- Monitor effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust plans for maximum impact
- 510 years experience in people-focused change management
- Degree in Organisational Development Industrial Psychology HR or related field
- Proven experience in large-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement influence and communication skills
- Experience in organisational development and culture transformation
- Passion for putting people first in change
