Job Summary

About the role

This role is responsible for managing and enhancing the companys Regional Total Rewards strategy across compensation and equity (Employee Stock Options).The position plays a critical role in strengthening a performance-driven organization by ensuring reward programs are competitive data-driven compliant and aligned with business growth objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Regional Compensation & ESOP (Employee Stock Options) Management
    • Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits administration across markets.
    • Maintain and enhance compensation structures grading and benchmarking practices.
    • Partner with Finance and People Partners to ensure alignment between budget manpower planning and reward execution.
  • Cash & ESOP Governance
    • Manage cash bonus cycles payout modeling and alignment with performance outcomes.
    • Oversee ESOP administration tracking documentation and communication in partnership with Finance and Legal.
    • Ensure accurate reporting and database management for equity components.
    • Support continuous improvement of equity programs to drive long-term retention and ownership mindset including to conduct training campaign and sharing.
  • Rewards Analytics & Insights
    • Analyze compensation data market benchmarks and workforce trends to provide actionable insights.
    • Develop dashboards and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
    • Conduct impact analysis on reward program changes.
  • Systems & Process Improvement
    • Support and lead Total Rewards-related system enhancements (Workday payroll revamp automation initiatives).
    • Improve process efficiency and data integrity.
    • Standardize regional governance and documentation.

What We Are Looking For

  • 47 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards in a similar industry/consulting.
  • Experience handling projects in regional scope is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in designing compensation structure and reward modeling.
  • Exposure to equity / ESOP administration is highly preferred.
  • Experience in compensation benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies (e.g. Mercer WTW Korn Ferry/Hay).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage strategic projects independently and drive execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
