Job Title: Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager - Local Service Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experiencedCommercial Lines Senior Client Manager - Local Service Managerto join a dynamic team. This leadership role involves managing client relationships ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving client retention. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of commercial insurance and the expertise to lead and mentor account management teams. The position focuses on delivering outstanding results and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of commercial clients by maintaining strong positive relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Develop strategic plans for client accounts ensuring proper alignment with company goals and client objectives.
- Support clients in identifying coverage needs policy analysis and renewal negotiation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.
- Mentor and guide account managers to maintain high-performance standards.
- Conduct periodic reviews with clients to assess satisfaction recommend policy adjustments and identify new opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and market changes to offer informed recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and present detailed reports including forecasts and other analytics to senior management and clients.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by encouraging team participation in professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Insurance or a related field; industry certifications preferred (CIC CPCU ARM etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance with a proven track record in client management roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance principles products and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience mentoring coaching and managing teams.
- Proficiency in managing client accounts via CRM tools and other relevant software systems.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic work environment and handle pressure with professionalism.
- A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within the required timeframe.
