The Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Manager / Field Operations Leader who wants to take ownership of high-end residential projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading the field coordinating people solving problems keeping projects moving and creating a professional experience for clients trade partners and the internal team. The right person will have the opportunity to manage complex custom projects while being supported by a company that values structure communication planning and leadership.

What Youll Do

As a Project Manager at PSW you will help lead projects from pre-construction through final completion. Your role will include:

• Reviewing project plans site conditions schedules and details before construction begins
• Coordinating trade partners internal team members and client expectations
• Managing project schedules and helping keep work moving efficiently
• Leading field operations with professionalism and clear communication
• Identifying potential issues early and helping create solutions
• Maintaining jobsite organization quality and progress
• Communicating with clients throughout the project
• Documenting progress updates photos and important project details in Buildertrend
• Helping protect project timelines budgets quality and the overall client experience

This is a leadership role not just a task management position. We are looking for someone who can think ahead communicate clearly and take pride in running organized professional projects.

What Were Looking For

The ideal candidate has strong experience in construction project management field operations or trade coordination.

10 years of Experience in any of the following areas is required:

• High-end residential construction
• Landscape or hardscape construction
• Pools
• Carpentry or outdoor structures
• New home build
• Multi-phase custom construction projects
• Trade partner coordination
• Scheduling and field leadership
• Client communication

We are looking for someone who is professional organized confident in the field and comfortable working with clients designers vendors trade partners and internal team members.

Systems We Use

PSW uses systems to help keep projects organized and communication clear. Experience with these tools is helpful but we are willing to train the right person.
