About the team:
At our global HQ in Ballerup Denmark you will join our Strategic Information Security & Data Privacy team part of Corporate Affairs.
We work with the global GN Groups corporate risk information security and data privacy at a strategic level translating rules and regulations into internal requirements and policies for our global organization and for our products worldwide.
The four positions at a glance: Your contribution is appreciated and you will:
Position A Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security: Governance Regulations and Ethics
In this role you will work with AI and cyber security regulation and laws across GN.
What you will do
Handle requests and support internal documentation of AI systems (not AI development).
Read and interpret new AI and cyber security regulations laws and standards.
Convert regulatory and technical insights into internal policies (e.g. Word) and training material (e.g. PowerPoint).
What you bring
You are likely a masters student withinIT data science business intelligence engineering or law.
You may have a technical focus but are motivated to work withregulation governance and communication.
You are curious willing to learn new systems and processes and comfortable collaborating in diverse teams.
Position B Data Privacy & Information Security: Training and Awareness
In this role you will help improve GNs privacy and security culture by ensuring our global training and awareness activities.
What you will do
Set up and maintain privacy AI and information security training and awareness activities in our HR learning system.
Support the development and rollout of data privacy elearning modules and other training campaigns.
Help plan and execute awareness campaigns including phishing simulations and support follow-up and reporting on participation and completion.
Keep our Data Privacy SharePoint site up to date and support other communication awareness and documentation activities.
What you bring
You are a structured communicative student who enjoys combiningprivacy/security topics with stakeholder management communication and digital tools.
You may have some knowledge of data privacy and information security: If not we will introduce you to the subjects.
You may be studyingcommunication business IT social sciences or a related field.
Position C Data Privacy: Operational GDPR Compliance
In this role you will be closely involved in our day-to-day GDPR compliance.
What you will do
Handledata subject access requests (DSARs)from customers and employees from receipt to final response.
Over time take end-to-end ownership of the DSAR process including identifying and ensure improvements and automation.
Support global data transfer compliance by preparingTransfer Impact Assessments (TIAs)in close collaboration with Legal Counsel and business stakeholders.
Contribute to other privacy tasks and projects such as maintaining records supporting privacy documentation and improving processes and tools.
You will build a wide internal network across the organization and work directly with GDPR in practice.
What you bring
You may have some knowledge of data privacy but otherwise we will introduce you to the subject.
You may be studyinglaw business political science IT or a related fieldand are interested in regulatory topics and privacy.
Position D Vendor Security Assessments Customer Inquiries and Risk Reporting
In this role you will support GNs information security risk management and customer-facing security work.
What you will do
Assist with vendor security risk assessments and the processing of new vendor requests including collecting information and documenting results.
Support responses to security-related customer inquiries and questionnaires in close collaboration with security specialists and commercial teams.
Contribute to risk reporting and its automation to improve efficiency and quality for example by preparing data and helping maintain dashboards and documentation.
What you bring
You are interested incyber and information securityand enjoy working with both data and stakeholders.
You may be studyingIT engineering data business or a related field.
You are structured rational and motivated to learn how security risk management works in a global company.
To thrive in your new role as one of our Student Assistants we imagine that you are:
Enrolled in a bachelors or masters program in Denmark (with min. 2 years remaining on your master studies) - it is not critical of us within which field of study
Curious and open to acquiring new skills systems and processes we do not expect you to know everything from day one.
Enjoying collaborating with diverse teams and have good communication skills.
Comfortable using Office 365 and are willing to explore new IT systems and tools.
Detail orientated and take pride in delivering quality work without compromising deadlines.
Organized and able to adjust to changing priorities in your work.
Self-motivated curious outspoken and social.
Able to communicate fluently in English both in writing and speech. Danish is not required.
