The Role
Were looking for a proactive and curious student worker to join our Public Affairs Europe team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible role where personality initiative and strong interpersonal skills matter just as much as this role you will support political engagement across multiple European markets stakeholder coordination and the operational excellence that makes strategic work possible.
You will gain direct exposure to a leading oncology biotechs European policy landscape develop insight into pharmaceutical policy and political strategy and experience the dynamics of multi-market stakeholder engagement. At the same time you will build hands-on experience in vendor management procurement processes and contract administration.
We are a small and agile team in Europe currently the only Public Affairs presence in the region working closely with colleagues in the US and across markets. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter confident in sharing ideas and not afraid to speak up. You enjoy working with others building relationships and navigating different stakeholders with empathy and strong communication skills. We offer flexibility around exams and study schedules and an inclusive supportive team environment where you are encouraged to grow and contribute from day one. Intended start date: 1 / 15 May.

Responsibilities
Public Affairs
Helping the team stay on top of political developments and initiatives across Europe.
Supporting contact with different stakeholders like governments patient organisations and health authorities.
Assisting in organising meetings and roundtables with external partners across European markets.
Helping prepare clear and simple summaries briefings and communication materials.
Supporting the organisation of events and conferences.
Operations & Administration
Assisting with setting up and managing suppliers (vendors)
Helping out with day-to-day administrative tasks where needed
Supporting budget tracking and keeping an overview of costs
Assisting with purchase orders and procurement processes
Helping manage contracts and agreements
Requirements
Actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program with approximately 2 years remaining before graduation.
Based in Denmark with a background in Political Science Business Public Health Communications or a related social science.
Motivated by both political engagement and high-quality administrative execution.
Highly organized detail-oriented and self-directed.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and managing processes efficiently.
Fluent in English both written and spoken as its Genmabs primary language.
Available for approximately 20 hours per week.
