Job Summary

Lead the way in shaping strategic direction and driving operational excellence across the business. As a Senior Strategic Planning Consultant in Buildings of the Future & Group Sustainability you will own key planning processes lead strategic initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Meet your future team
You will join the Strategic Planning function within Buildings of the Future & Group Sustainability working closely with colleagues across sustainability commercial teams innovation and expert communities of engineers and architects driving knowledge and building impact. You will play a central role in enabling structured planning processes performance follow-up and strategic initiatives.

What we offer
In this role you will take on a variety of responsibilities that ensure internal alignment and keep strategic plans on track. You will work across teams driving cross-functional planning follow-up and collaboration while facilitating clear and effective internal communication.

More specifically your tasks will be to:

  • Support preparation coordination and follow-up on key planning activities milestones and deadlines
  • Drive cross-functional planning and collaboration across teams ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables
  • Facilitate internal communication and stakeholder engagement across the function
  • Collect review and prepare KPI and performance reports including support on forecasting and budget monitoring
  • Plan and facilitate senior leadership meetings on a monthly basis
  • Track progress across initiatives and maintain structured documentation of priorities and deliverables
  • Analyse building design trends and provide insights to guide future strategy development
  • Create clear compelling and audience-centric presentations and communication materials
  • Drive strategic projects and support ad hoc tasks

What you will bring
You are a structured problem solver with a strong consulting mindset and a proven ability to lead complex initiatives.

Moreover we expect that you:

  • Hold a Masters degree in business administration economics finance or a related field
  • Have 5 years of experience in consulting strategy finance business development or similar areas
  • Possess a proven toolbox: structured problem solving process design and structured ways of working
  • Have advanced project management capabilities with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
  • Have a solid understanding of market dynamics competitor analysis and business development
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Communicate fluently in English
