Job Summary
Major responsibilities:
Assist in Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to Mining market segment.
Set ambitious growth targets and ensure achievement through focused execution.
To be a team member to support internal team & regional/segment sales manager and executives
Own product positioning messaging and value proposition development.
Customize sales approaches for enterprise clients small businesses retail consumers and channel partners.
Assist in product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Own and drive revenue targets.
Technical acumen of slurry pumps & its application to various industrial segments
Monitor sales KPIs review & plan strategy for achieving the set target.
Good analytical & technical and presentation skills
Use data-driven insights to forecast sales and improve performance.
Build strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through account management best practices.
Represent the company at industry events trade shows and client meetings
To propose potential avenues to upgrade or add the product basket on the basis of market feedback
Interact with Product Management and finalise technical specifications by way of Type Series Concept for New Products.
Undertake various activities listed above for products getting introduced in future
Work in collaboration with Operations Contract Management and ensure customer satisfaction.
Preferred 8 - 12 years of experience in Mining Slurry Pump Industry.
