Ipsen is strengthening its Global Digital & IT Operations to enhance the performance and reliability of its data and analytics ecosystem across the organization.

We are looking for an IT Business Operations Expert Analytics & Data to ensure the smooth delivery performance and continuous improvement of analytics platforms and data solutions.

In this role you will act as a key interface between business teams IT and external partners ensuring that data and reporting services deliver maximum value while meeting performance compliance and operational standards.

Your key responsibilities

• Own the delivery and performance of analytics and data services in an outsourced environment including maintenance and support.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of dashboards reporting and data solutions across business domains.
• Act as a key interface between business stakeholders IT teams and external partners (including TCS).
• Translate business needs into effective data and analytics solutions ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
• Monitor service performance (KPIs SLAs budget) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee data integration flows reporting platforms and analytics tools ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Manage vendor relationships ensuring service quality and identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Support the evolution of the Data & Analytics roadmap in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.

Your profile & expertise

• 510 years of experience in data analytics or IT operations ideally in a global environment.
• Strong experience in service delivery and outsourcing management.
• Solid expertise in Power BI (administration governance data modeling DAX integrations).
• Experience with data integration ETL data warehouse and SQL development.
• Good understanding of data governance compliance and security standards.
• Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms (e.g. Databricks Snowflake) and/or RPA tools (e.g. UiPath) is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality and user satisfaction.
• Fluent in English.
