We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Witbank. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring efficient processing of quotations and orders within a fast-paced industrial environment.Foward your CV to emailprotected
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process quotations sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently
- Provide technical and product-related support to customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and respond to enquiries timeously
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure product availability and timely delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
- Assist external sales representatives where required
- Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction
- Support stock control and coordination with the warehouse
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Previous experience in internal sales preferably within industrial mining or technical environments
- Knowledge of pumps valves and/or electrical materials will be advantageous
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- Experience with ERP or sales systems is advantageous
