SUMMARY:
TheCentral BusinessUnit(CBU)Account Associate isresponsible formaintainingfinancial integrity within a controlled environment while consistently delivering exceptional results to our valued business partners. This position offers the opportunity to deliver manage andmaintainsuperior service while building efficiencies and standards for handling daily financial transactionsmaintainingaccuratefinancial records andassistwith preparing financial reports for distribution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reconcile review and process collections billing and premium payments
Provide support to the service team by researching and resolving payment inquiries.
Generate accounts receivable reports to communicate past due balances to the service team for follow-up and resolution
Confirmaccuratefinancebillingsubmitagreementstrack and apply finance money
Data review
Followup with carriersto obtain outstandingstatements
Process improvement initiatives and idea contribution
Support theCBUteam withad hocprojects and workload as needed
AssistCBU andManagement withduties asassigned.
Assistwith periodic audits by providing required documentation.
Build positive relationships with team members and vendors to enhance office efficiency.
Foster teamwork share knowledge across departments andmaintainan optimistic outlook in the office.
Participatein training opportunities to stay current on industry trends new products technology advancements and professional development.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma/GED(College degree preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in supporting processing functions
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Demonstratedproficiencyworking with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
1-2years of experienceofrelevant experience.
