Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to support financial operations within a major government justice and community services portfolio based out of Parramatta.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will work closely with internal teams suppliers and stakeholders to ensure accurate invoice processing financial compliance and efficient reporting. Your work will help maintain strong financial governance and support service delivery across essential public facilities.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented collaborative and comfortable working with digital finance systems with a focus on accuracy and positive stakeholder relationships.

This position is based on-site at the Client Parramatta office supporting a key government services contract.
The role is permanent part-time between 16 and 20 hours per week with flexibility around how those hours are structured. We welcome applicants looking for arrangements such as:

2 full days 8 hours
