Job Summary
Your mission
- Events & Culture: From planning to execution you support our team events (e.g. Summer Event End-of-Year Party) and ensure everything runs smoothly before and during the events
- Trainings: You provide operational support in maintaining and further developing our training programs
- Surveys & Analytics: You help us make the teams atmosphere measurable. You create and analyze pulse checks as well as specific surveys to initiate data-driven improvements
- Onboarding: You accompany our new joiners as they start and take independent responsibility for sub-processes to ensure everyone feels welcome from day one
- Strategic Projects: Whether its process optimization or the further development of our feedback formats you contribute your ideas to exciting People projects and help us become even better internally
- Want more If interested you can also get a taste of Recruiting or People Operations and provide active support there
Your profile
- You are enrolled as a student in a business HR management or a comparable degree program
- You ideally already have initialexperience in People & Cultureprevious knowledge of Personio is a major plus
- You workindependently diligently and with absolute discretion especially when handling sensitive personnel data
- You are an open communicative personality and team spirit and humor are just as important to you as they are to us Embedded in a well-coordinated team
- You deliverreliable results and have ahigh quality standard for your work
- Speaking and writing German and English fluently comes easily to you
