Title: Accounts Receivable Administrator (Summer 2026 - Internship Opportunity)
Job Summary:
As an Accounts Receivable Administrator you will be supporting the posting of all payments to QBO exporting sending invoices and uploading them to the customer portals. The AR position will support the collection of outstanding accounts receivable by contacting customers when invoices are past due to collect monies owed to the company. As a service-based organization our customers need to receive the support they need via phone calls and emails.
Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
- Support export and send invoices to customers as required (Daily Weekly etc.)
- Support receiving and recording payments from customers on account
- Support for all EFTs e-transfers and cheques
- Support processing credit card payments
- Help identify when customers are paying invoices for multiple companies and work with the person posting payments to coordinate the appropriate journal entries and bank transfer.
- Help send statements every two weeks.
- Upload invoices into Customer portals
- Monitor emails on the AR inbox.
Collections:
- Support in collecting overdue accounts to achieve established ratios as set by management with a particular focus on the invoices 31 days past due or greater.
Customer Service:
- In all aspects of our company staff must be aware of how they influence the customer experience and be prepared to serve the customers with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Respond to customer queries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Proficient data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- Document management and filing.
- Ability to stay organized and re-prioritize work as needed each day.
Other Duties:
- Any other ad hoc-related duties required by the management.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Being able to multitask
- High Attention to Detail
- Invoicing/Billing and collections experience
- Payment Processing
- Organized and strong time management
- Able to work in a busy Team environment.
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Preferred Education and Experience :
- An accounting degree or diploma is an asset
- Fresh and Graduate students are welcome to apply
- Microsoft Office 365
- Understanding Accounting software and programs (QuickBooks Online)
- Transportation Management Systems i.e. Rose Rocket

- An internship opportunity for (17 weeks -/ about four months of the Summer 2026) for students in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/ Business/Accounting or related field (preferably 4th year students/ about to graduate).
- A Work Integrated Learning agreement signed by the student and their academic institution confirming that the placement furthers their studies is a must to submit.
- A proof of enrolment for the term that they are applying for is required.
- A learning plan written by the student and signed by them and the employer is required.
- Able to start by May 2026 first week.
