As a Capital Markets Analyst you will join a growing team and contribute to meaningful capital raising initiatives across various sectors.

Your Contribution
As a core member of the capital markets team your work will directly impact clients investors and our broader mission.
Your role will include:
Supporting the execution of equity and debt offerings private placements and related capital markets transactions
Preparing client-ready presentations and marketing materials
Performing company sector and market research; monitoring daily market developments and investor sentiment
Providing client and market analysis preparing reports and presenting findings
Building auditing and maintaining financial models
Maintaining internal coverage materials and transaction databases
Collaborating with partners external counsel and syndicate relationships to facilitate smooth execution

Your Skills and Experience
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in accounting finance commerce/business statistics computer science engineering mathematics or related fields
Anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027
Strong academic performance; relevant internships projects or competitions are an asset
Exceptional analytical ability and attention to detail; advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills
Demonstrated understanding of Indigenous communities and Indigenous economic development is considered a strong asset
Ability to concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas verbally and in writing
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
Team-oriented resilient and adaptable in a dynamic environment
