Join Our Team at Brookings Health System Hospitalist Medicine Physician
Were seeking a Hospitalist Physician to join our dynamic team providing highquality patient-centered inpatient care. Youll be part of a collaborative group managing adult medical patients in a wellsupported hospital setting.
What Youll Do
Deliver full-spectrum care in a state-of-the-art facility including 24 inpatient rooms and 2 ICU rooms.
Work alongside a 5-provider group supported by:
On-site specialists including Orthopedics General Surgery OB/GYN Podiatry and Urology
E-ICU services available
Experienced advanced practice providers staffed daily
Highly skilled RNs with ACLS and PALS certification
Manage approximately 12-15 patients daily.
Participate in a robust quality program dedicated to continuous improvement and excellent outcomes
Adult inpatient care age 15 Pediatric patients are supported by Family Medicine providers
Schedule
Twelve-hour shifts
Rotating weekend
Mix of day and night shifts night-shift preference can be accommodated
Qualifications
MD or DO licensed (or eligible) in South Dakota
Board-certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine
DEA certification (state and federal)
CPR and ACLS certifications are required
