Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for educating and helping clients understand their insurance options
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling and account expansion
- Attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance
- Team-oriented attitude and a drive for continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to existing clients resolving inquiries with empathy and expertise
