Job Summary

Responsibilities
Ensures safe efficient operation of all equipment relevant to boilers chillers pumps life safety equipment air handlers and emergency generators. Responsible for preventive and regular maintenance of all equipment. Applies operation procedures as required by state and local codes. Performs water testing treatment for boilers and log of all equipment status and inventory of parts and material necessary for repairs. Keeps equipment and assigned areas clean. The function of this position does not include the maintenance or operation of gaming equipment. A security escort is required should these persons perform these functions in a restricted casino area.
Qualifications
Certified boiler operator with minimum Black Seal High Pressure License (union and New Jersey). Communication skills. Three years boiler operations; two years operating large tonnage air conditioning chillers. Must possess a valid New Jersey drivers license.
