Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex cross-organizational programs that enable new types of product relationships across Amazons this role you will define the systems and policies for how brands merchandise their products on Amazon while ensuring the best possible shopping experience for customers. You will enable Amazon to deliver innovative ways for customers to find related products including newer versions branded collections and product lines. Working at Amazon catalog scale (billions of products and relationships) you will partner with engineering and product teams to build new catalog APIs define data models develop quality metrics and drive data acquisition and quality improvement initiatives leveraging generative AI.
This is a high-ambiguity high-impact role requiring someone who can navigate complex technical and business trade-offs influence without authority across multiple organizations and balance tactical execution with strategic thinking. You will join a team of tenured technical and product leaders working directly in Amazons core catalog pipeline balancing how brands want to merchandise on Amazon with whats best for Amazon customers.
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
