Overview
We are seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of integrated infrastructure solutions within large-scale data center environments.
This role serves as a key link between business requirements platform capabilities and infrastructure design ensuring that new deployments are aligned with workload demands scalability goals and evolving technology trends. You will translate complex technical and operational needs into cohesive end-to-end solutions that support high-performance and data-intensive workloads.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in infrastructure design and a proven ability to connect compute storage networking and facility considerations into unified architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
Define end-to-end infrastructure solutions across compute storage networking and supporting systems
Develop reference architectures that align with performance scalability and operational requirements
Ensure solutions are designed to support evolving workload demands and future growth
Workload Alignment & Translation
Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to translate workload requirements into infrastructure designs
Align solution architectures with performance expectations capacity needs and operational constraints
Support planning efforts to ensure infrastructure solutions meet both immediate and long-term needs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering infrastructure and operations teams to deliver cohesive platform designs
Coordinate across multiple architecture domains to ensure alignment and consistency
Act as a technical liaison across stakeholders to drive clarity and execution
Validation & Implementation Support
Support proof-of-concept initiatives and validation efforts to confirm design viability
Assist in performance testing and baseline development for new infrastructure solutions
Contribute to phased delivery planning to ensure successful rollout of complex solutions
Standards Compliance & Resiliency
Ensure solutions meet requirements related to reliability compliance and operational sustainability
Promote best practices in infrastructure design performance optimization and system resilience
Required Experience
8 years of experience in solutions architecture systems architecture or infrastructure design
Strong experience designing large-scale infrastructure environments or distributed systems
Experience integrating compute storage and networking into cohesive scalable solutions
Familiarity with performance considerations for high-throughput or latency-sensitive workloads
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts across stakeholders
Experience working in complex cross-functional environments
Preferred Experience
Experience working in large-scale data center or cloud-based environments
Exposure to high-performance or data-intensive workloads (e.g. analytics AI/ML or distributed systems)
Familiarity with infrastructure planning capacity modeling or performance testing
Experience supporting customer-facing technical discussions or solution alignment
Background working with modern infrastructure architectures or evolving platform ecosystems
