We are looking to appoint a highly organised and efficient School Administrator to join a successful secondary school in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed individual who enjoys working in a structured environment and contributing to the smooth running of a busy school.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support across the school ensuring that systems and processes are maintained to a high standard. You will be responsible for managing data coordinating communication and supporting staff and leadership with a range of administrative tasks.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented proactive and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. You will need to be confident using IT systems handling confidential information and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
As School Administrator you will play a key role in maintaining accurate records supporting attendance processes and ensuring that the administrative side of school life runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to staff and leadership
Maintain accurate student records and databases
Manage correspondence and communication
Support attendance and reporting systems
Assist with scheduling and documentation
Liaise with parents staff and external agencies
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and professionalism
