About the Role

• Planning and delivering engaging Mathematics lessons that meet the needs of pupils of varying abilities

• Preparing pupils for GCSE examinations and supporting their academic development

• Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and achievement

• Contributing to curriculum planning and departmental development

• Supporting enrichment activities such as maths clubs or competitions

• Promoting high standards of behaviour and engagement within lessons

Experience and Skills

The successful candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Have strong subject knowledge in Mathematics

• Demonstrate the ability to deliver engaging and structured lessons

• Possess excellent classroom management skills

• Be confident in supporting pupils with different learning needs
