Job Description:
The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for the service maintenance troubleshooting and repair of commercial HVAC equipment across multiple customer sites. The technician will work independently in the field respond to service calls perform preventive maintenance and complete installations/removals as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform service maintenance and repair on all brands of commercial & Residential HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues on RTUs split systems exhaust fans and related commercial equipment
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (inspections filter changes belt replacements coil cleaning etc.)
- Remove and install HVAC components/systems as needed
- Accurately document work performed parts used and recommendations
- Maintain safe work practices and follow company/jobsite safety requirements
- Company truck and some tools provided
Requirements
- Minimum 3 year experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems independently
- Valid drivers license (required)
