As a Global Security - Enhanced Due Diligence Manager in Global Intelligence you will lead enhanced due diligence and research on higher-risk individuals and entities to inform senior stakeholders. You will partner with us to translate intelligence needs into precise cost-effective work plans and deliver clear concise analysis that drives action. You will manage external vendors uphold firmwide controls and maintain meticulous records so we work smarter together. You will help us build a culture of excellence where quality transparency and accountability are the norm.
Job responsibilities:
- Engage senior internal clients to scope and refine intelligence requirements across individuals and entities.
- Commission cost-effective high-quality external research aligned to clearly defined requirements.
- Assess incoming intelligence for completeness credibility and gaps; escalate issues promptly.
- Edit and synthesize vendor reports to deliver concise executive-ready products for senior audiences.
- Conduct independent in-depth research to corroborate findings and fill information gaps.
- Lead short-term standalone research projects individually and with team members.
- Manage vendors end to end including tasking feedback performance reviews and invoicing.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and records to meet Global Security Business Intelligence controls.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align timelines expectations and outcomes.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical and executive stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements that enhance quality speed and consistency of deliverables.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Experience conducting open source intelligence collection or ground intelligence in enhanced due diligence contexts.
- Experience in investigative research intelligence analysis or data analysis focused on reputational security or legal risk.
- Experience leading open source and human-source intelligence projects from initiation to delivery.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a record of executive-quality deliverables.
- Ability to manage projects and programs in a demanding client environment including occasional off-hours needs.
- Experience preparing and delivering executive communications with strong negotiation and influence skills.
- Experience managing vendors including qualitative assessment relationship building and feedback delivery.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance administrative tasks and project execution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Experience in corporate investigations business intelligence or a similar in-house investigative role.
- Prior experience in banking or partnering with client-facing bankers and stakeholders.
- Experience with enhanced due diligence on complex corporate structures and cross-border subjects.
- Familiarity with public records research and regulatory sources across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience standardizing research templates style guides and quality control practices.
- Experience coordinating multi-vendor engagements and benchmarking vendor performance.
- Multilingual research capability or experience working with translated source materials.
