Lubrication Technician

The ARM Group is seeking a hands-on Lubrication Technician with one of its clients in Barnwell SC

Role

This role supports equipment reliability and maintenance operations. It is critical in ensuring machinery runs efficiently through proper lubrication practices and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lubrication of industrial equipment including bearings chains and moving components
• Troubleshoot and support mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and ensure equipment reliability
• Read and interpret schematics blueprints and work orders
• Maintain accurate documentation and maintenance records
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed
• Ensure a clean organized and safe work environment
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong mechanical knowledge with exposure to lubrication systems hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to use hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Strong commitment to safety and quality

Preferred:

• Associate Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work in both office and manufacturing settings (non-climate controlled areas)
• Ability to stand walk and work on feet for extended periods
• Lift up to 30 50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and industrial conditions
