Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Solace Developer experience in publishing and consuming messages and integrating with partner ecosystems by building and optimizing messaging solutions using Solace technologies.
Experience
- Design develop and manage messaging solutions using Solace PubSub to enable efficient and reliable event-driven architecture.
- Publish consume and manage high-volume messages with experience in both point-to-point and publish-subscribe messaging patterns.
- Integrate Solace messaging platforms with various partner ecosystems ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.
- Implement and optimize message routing topic hierarchies and subscription management to meet business requirements.
- Develop and troubleshoot complex message flows including setting up queues VPNs and durable subscriptions.
- Monitor and tune Solace environments to ensure high availability performance and scalability.
- Work on secure messaging solutions including authentication encryption and access controls to protect sensitive data.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and support integration projects.
- Conduct performance testing and capacity planning to ensure the messaging infrastructure can handle large-scale environments.
- Provide technical guidance best practices and mentoring to junior developers and team members.
