Job Summary
Executive Assistants at Amazon provide high-level administrative support to senior executives enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and business operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills discretion and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare expense reports and handle budget tracking
- Process invoices and manage vendor relationships
- Organize and maintain confidential files and documents
Communication Management:
- Draft correspondence presentations and reports
- Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings including agenda preparation and follow-up
Event Planning:
- Organize team meetings off-sites and corporate events
- Coordinate logistics for large-scale meetings and conferences
- Manage catering venue selection and technical requirements
Core Competencies:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- 5 years of senior level leadership support or 3 years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
