Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate closing.
- Mentor junior recruiters and support team development.
- Track and report recruiting metrics and performance.
- Stay updated on market trends and talent availability.
