Job Summary

Training and Development Training Manager Are you a seasoned Training and Development professional with a solid background in course development and delivery looking to expand your work horizons As the Training Manager you will impact our corporate training across the state. Youll be responsible for designing developing implementing and conducting training programs in support of program operations as well as facilitating and delivering instruction using multiple modalities. You will oversee the training staff and their training work within the and maintain course curriculumIdentify specific skill/knowledge gaps training objectives work situations and changes in policy and proceduresCollaborate with other internal training experts and HR on training program deliveryDesign create and update training aids such as manuals handouts course exercises and visual aidsDevelop and implement revisions to training materials and presentations in adherence to updated regulations licensing requirements policies and procedures as neededEnsure appropriate delivery of instruction using multiple modalities such as one-on-one classroom teleconferencing web-based training and computer-based trainingUtilize online e-learning development tools such as Adobe Captivate PowerPoint presentations and video production/editingSupervise and manage training-related staff within the program including performance evaluations scheduling orientation and training; resolve employee relations issues as needed; make decisions related to employmentManage workflow and provide guidance and supportMaintain current knowledge of organizational and industrial trends and make appropriate recommendations for new or updated training programsProvide recommendations for the formulations and modification of procedures and practices pertaining to agency trainingQualifications: Bachelors degreeMore than 6 years of related experience including experience in curriculum development and facilitating trainingAn equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas and responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirementsProfessional Training Certification preferred or as required by state/regulationsExcellent communications skills and computer skillsIn-depth knowledge and experience with e-learning development tools such as Adobe Captivate experience in video production/editing and creating PowerPoint presentationsWhy Join Us Full compensation/benefits package for full-time employees.401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holiday payHigh impact work with meaningful outcomesCareer development and advancement opportunities across a nationwide networkCome join our amazing team of committed caring professionals.
