Role Summary

We are seeking a Project Engineer HVAC (Applied) to execute and manage HVAC projects endtoend at client sites. The role will drive site execution coordination with contractors and OEMs quality and safety compliance scheduling documentation and handover activities. Candidates must have hands-on experience with applied HVAC systems (e.g. chillers pumps cooling towers AHUs FAHUs ventilation systems hydronic piping) and strong onsite project management capabilities.

What will you do :

• Project Planning & Site Execution & Coordination
  • Supervise and coordinate installation testing and commissioning Chillers pumps AHUs/FCUs ducting insulation and accessories as per drawings and standards.
  • Interface with civil/electrical teams for MEP coordination sleeves supports and clearances.
  • Manage subcontractors verify progress certify measurements and track work against plan.
    
• Testing Commissioning & Handover
  • Plan and execute pressure testing flushing & chemical cleaning vacuuming charging.
  • Support/startup and commissioning of chillers pumps AHUs VFDs BMS interfaces.
  • Conduct performance testing balancing (TAB) and system optimization; close snag lists.
  • Prepare O&M manuals test certificates and handover dossiers; support DLP/warranty calls.
    
• Stakeholder Management
  • Primary site contact for client PMC/consultant; attend review meetings and site audits.
  • Coordinate with OEMs for chillers/pumps/AHUs and BMS integrators for controls interface.

What we look for :

• Education: Diploma/B.E./ in Mechanical Engineering (or related).
• Strong understanding of chillers pumps cooling towers AHUs/FCUs ducting hydronic piping valves and controls/BMS interfaces.
• Proficient in reading MEP drawings schematics and creating asbuilts.
• Familiar with pressure testing flushing chemical cleaning commissioning TAB.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD MS Project/Primavera (scheduling) MS Excel/PowerPoint.
• Awareness of ISHRAE/ASHRAE NBC and local statutory requirements.
