Job Summary

The Clinical Manager is responsible for planning executing and overseeing clinical activities post-market surveillance and evidence generation. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting training safety and market adoption.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement clinical strategies for medical device and therapy.
• Collaborate with Business team and marketing teams to align clinical plans with business objectives.

2. Regulatory & Compliance

• Support regulatory submissions with clinical evidence.
• Ensure adherence to local and international clinical and ethical standards.
• Maintain audit readiness and support inspections.

3 Data Analysis & Reporting

• Review and interpret clinical data for safety and efficacy.
• Prepare clinical evaluation reports (CER) study reports and publications.
• Present findings to internal stakeholders and external bodies.

4. Post-Market Clinical Activities

• Monitor product performance and safety in real-world settings.
• Support vigilance and risk management activities.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Build relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) clinicians and research institutions.
• Train internal teams on clinical data and product usage.
• Act as a clinical expert for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelors degree in nursing Life Sciences Biomedical Engineering or related field
• Clinical background in nephrology or dialysis is highly desirable

Experience:

• 510 years in clinical research or dialysis clinical operations
• Experience in dialysis centers hospitals or medical device companies
• Hands-on exposure to hemodialysis/CRRT preferred
