Job Title: Change Management Manager
Compensation: $115-130K
Location: Salt Lake City UT (Hybrid 2 Days Onsite)
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Communication & Change Management Manager to help guide organizational transformation efforts and elevate internal communications. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that business changesranging from system implementations to acquisitionsare effectively communicated understood and adopted across a distributed workforce.
This position blends strategic communication planning with hands-on change management execution supporting leadership and employees through periods of growth and evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute structured change management plans that address organizational impact stakeholder alignment and long-term adoption
- Create and manage internal communication strategies that leverage multiple platforms to keep employees informed aligned and engaged
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and project teams to embed communication and change practices into key business initiatives
- Evaluate organizational readiness for change and proactively identify risks resistance points and adoption challenges
- Lead workshops training sessions and coaching initiatives to equip leaders and internal champions with effective change leadership tools
- Track and analyze the success of communication and change efforts using feedback engagement data and performance metrics; refine strategies accordingly
- Provide guidance on sensitive or high-impact communications ensuring messaging is clear consistent and timely
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Business Human Resources Organizational Development Psychology or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in change management internal communications or organizational effectiveness roles
- Strong understanding of change management principles with demonstrated success driving adoption in complex environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for varied audiences across all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools intranet platforms and digital communication channels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure outcomes and translate data into actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence build trust and navigate change without direct authority
