- Contract Labour Management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws
- Manpower Planning
- Implementation of CLMS
- Maintain records and registers of contract labour and coordinate with contractors.
- Track contract expiries verify invoices and monitor service quality and SLA adherence.
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders and comply of statutory filings.
- Canteen Administration
- Oversee daily operations of the canteen.
- Ensure hygiene quality and timely service.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve employee feedback.
- Transport Administration
- Coordinate employee transport facilities.
- Ensure safety punctuality and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle vendor contracts and grievance redressal.
- Manpower Planning
- Assist in workforce forecasting and allocation.
- Support recruitment drives and onboarding processes of contract labour
- Maintain manpower data and reports.
- Event Management
- Organize employee engagement activities welfare programs and events.
- Coordinate logistics communication and execution.
- Employee Discipline
- Support in handling disciplinary cases in line with company policies.
- Maintain records of employee grievances and resolutions.
- Promote a culture of compliance and respect.
- Welfare Activities
- Implement welfare schemes for employees.
- Conduct awareness programs on health safety and well-being.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management for welfare initiatives.
