Job Summary

Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Regular forecast review with the Product Line Manager / Business Unit Planner.
Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules labor loading and capacity requirements.
Coordinates production plans to ensure materials equipment and raw materials are provided according to schedules.
Works to resolve labor and material shortages backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions.
Close collaboration with Materials Engineering Production Quality and Logistics to meet committed customer delivery.
Management of production work orders and inventory review arrangement & transactions.
Perform shipment scheduling arrangement & transactions.
Monitoring the movement of material through the production cycle
Support New Product Transfer and EOL activities.
Ensure all customers feedback and issues are addressed and closed.
Close collaboration with various teams to drive continual improvement and initiatives.

Education and Work Experience:

Degree in Business supply chain or related discipline.
Min 3-5years of work experience in Supply & Demand Planning and Order Fulfillment in Manufacturing Environment (preferred).
Experience in high mix low volume production is an added advantage.
Proficiency with MRP systems specific experience with Oracle preferred.
Proficiency in Lean manufacturing and outside processing (OSP) pull systems & Kanban management is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and with customer focus
Proficiency with MS Office particularly Excel Word and Outlook
Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is highly advantageous.
