- Build relationships with commercial property managers facility leaders insurance professionals and other key partners
- Develop Emergency Ready Plans for commercial facilities so businesses are prepared before a loss occurs
- Identify and pursue new commercial prospects through networking industry associations and one to one outreach
- Represent SERVPRO Team George at industry events continuing education programs and professional networking opportunities
- Monitor local loss activity and respond quickly when opportunities arise
- Work closely with operations teams to scope services communicate solutions and support project estimates
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout projects and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Identify and develop Centers of Influence that generate long term referral opportunities
- Participate in local and regional storm response efforts when severe weather impacts the community
- Professionals who are proactive competitive and motivated to create their own opportunities
- Individuals who are energized by prospecting networking and building new relationships
- Self starters who take ownership of their territory and consistently push to grow their pipeline
- People who are comfortable operating in a competitive environment and driven by results
- This role is best suited for someone who prefers to be out in the market building relationships and opening doors rather than waiting for opportunities to come to them.
- Superb sales customer service administrative verbal and written communication skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Organized self motivated and results driven professionals
- Comfortable with prospecting and relationship building
- Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn for prospecting and relationship management is strongly helpful
- Two or more years of business to business sales experience is preferred
- Background in service based sales restoration insurance facilities management property services or related industries is helpful but not required
