Key Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom and practical sessions on aviation grooming soft skills and customer service
Train students on safety protocols airline procedures and professional conduct
Prepare training materials in line with industry and DGCA standards
Conduct mock interviews role-plays and performance assessments
Foster a disciplined and positive learning environment
Coordinate with placement teams to prepare students for job opportunities

Desired Profile:

Graduate in any discipline (aviation/hospitality background preferred)
Minimum 13 years of experience as a trainer cabin crew or ground staff
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passion for mentoring and training students
Energetic professional and well-groomed
