Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Aviation Ground Staff Fresher. As a fresher you will undergo a comprehensive training program to learn the skills and knowledge required for the role. You will be responsible for assisting in the smooth operations of the airport ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the check-in process for passengers including issuing boarding passes checking baggage and providing flight information. - Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints from passengers. - Assist in the boarding process and ensure all passengers are boarded safely and on time. - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure the efficient and timely arrival and departure of flights. - Conduct security checks and screenings as per airport regulations. - Handle and process luggage and cargo in a safe and timely manner. - Provide assistance to passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors or elderly passengers. - Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. - Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures. Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Basic computer skills. - Willingness to work in shifts including nights weekends and holidays. - Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs. - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required. Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
