Sales Assistant-Imports
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join the JBS Imports team. This position will be based out of our Corporate office in Greeley CO.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day supervision of activities to provide the service levels to our customers that we expect
- Assist manage and maintain coordination in the order creation and customer delivery process with customers internal sales and logistics teams
- Ensure sale objectives are met within company strategies
- Provide high-level sales support by conducting research preparing reports handling information requests etc.
- Track and assist with contract generation
- Enter sales and purchase orders
- Create spreadsheets charts tables presentations reports support of the sales team
- Answer and screen telephone calls
- Assist with special projects
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business or related area preferred
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal phone presentation and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects at the same time while prioritizing workload
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision Medical and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave vacation and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of $21-$24/hr; and
