Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient Ortho)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable in a productivity-driven environment and can manage a consistent patient volume while delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Manage a daily caseload of 1214 patients
Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure optimal patient care

Schedule & Work Expectations:

Guaranteed 36 hours/week with the expectation to work up to 40 hours
Overtime must be approved by the director prior to working additional hours
No floating to other clinics

Requirements:

Outpatient experience preferred
First-time travelers accepted
New graduates will not be considered
PTA candidates will not be considered
Active Physical Therapist license required
