Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Call Center Representatives to support a high-volume inbound contact center focused on Third Party Liability and Third-Party Recovery (TPL/TPR) operations. This role requires strong attention to detail accuracy in data handling and the ability to navigate multiple systems while delivering efficient and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from providers insurance companies and clients
- Research and verify Other Health Insurance (OHI) information using external carrier systems
- Accurately update medical and pharmacy insurance data within internal systems
- Manage and process updates from referral sources within inventory queues
- Perform data entry verification and research tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Meet and exceed call center performance metrics and quality standards
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions
Required Skills & Experience
- Recent high-volume call center experience (within the past year is required)
- Strong problem-solving and research skills
- Excellent data entry and typing accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Technical Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with AWS CRM Phoenix OnBase and Excel
- Familiarity with health insurance systems and processes

- Consistently meeting call volume accuracy and quality benchmarks
- Demonstrating strong system navigation and multitasking ability
- Providing clear professional communication with all stakeholders
- Maintaining high accuracy in insurance verification and updates
