As part of Market Intelligence we are looking for a full stack developer with major focus with the backend - skillsets mentioned below and this position is expected to lead a small team of developer and/or QE driving the key scrum ceremonies. Needs to ensure the coding practices are adhered to and look at opportunities for maximum code coverage.
At Sabre were passionate about building software that solves this role you will plan design develop and test software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develops codes tests and debugs new complex software solutions or enhancements to existing product
Designs plans develops and improves applications using routine and advanced technology
Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Implements strategic policies when selecting methods techniques
Encourage high coding standards using best practices and high quality
Regularly interacts with subordinate supervisors architects product managers HR on matters concerning projects or team performance. Requires the ability to change the thinking of or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations without damage to the relationship
Provides technical mentorship and cultural/competency-based guidance to teams
Provides larger business/product context. Mentors on specific tech stacks/technologies
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of related experience
Experience in fast paced Software Development in Agile environment
Expert-level proficiency in Python Java (Spring Boot) with deep experience in React and RESTful APIs.
Proven track record managing Cloud environments (GCP AWS Azure) using Terraform CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
Strong background in ETL/ELT processes BigQuery and complex database management (PostgreSQL SQL Server).
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of cloud based tech/languages technology stacks etc.
Proficient English both written and verbal
Self-disciplined and commitment oriented
